Return Policy and Procedure
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order AND shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
Orders received outside of the 7 day window will no longer be eligible for refund
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item
For sanitary reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable (should we include these items in the future).
Defective or Wrong ItemsIf you received a defective or wrong item, please email us at shop.nicedress@gmail,com for support. Please include a photo of the item along with the original packaging (SKU sticker clearly seen) and we will resolve the issue.
To help expedite the processing of returns, please include the following:
The original invoice or at minimum, a note with your order number and reason for return
Fill out the Returns form here. Once you complete the form, you will immediately receive a confirmation message including the return address. Please return the item(s) as soon as possible.
Items must be unworn with original tags, and packaging with SKU label visible
Processing time is 5-7 days after we receive the return. Once a return is processed, we will reach out via email to confirm.
